Vitto Valentinov

SEYFERT'S SEXTET was presented as a solo exhibition at Vaska Emanouilova Gallery, Sofia, Bulgaria, in the period 17. April - 19 May 2013.

Through this sculptural installation a particular moment is being displayed. The one, in which time has seemingly stopped – when the light travels to the matter and barely touches it. Knowing that nothing is faster than light, this moment should be really at an extreme with respect to time and space. The sculpture resembles a fossil of a micro event and tries to thematize how light and matter impart a sense of time and space.
